You may request an exchange or refund within
3 calendar days from the date of delivery by submitting your request through our return form.
Return / Exchange requests must be submitted using the official form provided by our store.
Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in its original condition,
and returned in the original packaging.

Once your request is approved, the exchange or refund will be processed within
5 business days.
Important Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 75 EGP handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount
or charged in case of an exchange.

Boxers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
due to hygiene and safety reasons.
